Here is a news blooper in Ahmedabad Mirror.
There seems to be a mistake in the surname in the last portion of the news. If it is an error, then it must be rectified through a correction, as it relates to a news pertaining to a crime.

nikhil that was a grrrrreat observation, the reddy's and naidu's are different, I read the report but failed to spot the difference. You are indeed doing a good work upgrading from ad bloopers to editorial glitch too
